The journey for Lightheartedness
starts with the tools external to Self
to bring about the sense of Lightheartedness ~
they create the ability to click within Self.
You need no counsel external to Self ~
however, you think you do.
You already have the questions and answers ~
you simply need to bring them out of Self,
trust in them and trust that you are
living in your world as a spiritual being.
Everything that you see or do not see,
such as the air and the wind,
provides a function and is an encasement
for energy that needs to be soothed.
Be not intimidated by those who would
claim to have some type of power over you.
Look only to Self for the answers.
And, when you feel that the information coming
to you is inappropriate for Self, discard it.
Be careful of thinking that
only one way is the way.
The dark is necessary in order
for the light to develop.
It does not matter what others think.
And, yes, that may sound like a
very flippant statement ~ it is not.
It is what Self thinks and will be
able to accommodate to the structure that
is necessary for living in a concrete world.
Are you in an environment that you
dislike so much and feel so constricted
that you cannot speak or behave
in a way other than the dictum?
Look at it from two perspectives saying,
'I'm here to learn something by not
being able to say or do anything ~
what is it that I'm here to learn?'
Or, you leave the environment.
The Dimensions ~ or Levels ~ of Self
exist simultaneously within
all the dimensions of Self,
as well as this concrete one.
This means each dimension
of Self is living a life ~
just as you are living a life
right here and right now.
Habit is something that needs to
be evaluated on a regular basis.
This means that you go into your
environment and your own thoughts
~ concrete, abstract ~
and evaluate your way of thinking.
This is a challenging situation for
many because of the big word ~
Change.
Some welcome and love change,
and are called Change Agents.
However, even change agents
have their threshold
of comfort with change.
Change is perhaps the most difficult
component of energy fluidity
that all energy faces ~
and not just humans.
