Once you begin remembering a past life
~ and believe it is a past life ~
you will be able to do it more and more.
When you feel something
has meaning for you, it does,
because each thought you have
comes from another part of Self.
You are constantly creating
your own existence.
You have all had past lives in which
you did things that have made you
come back to another life to balance.
This is not a negative because it is your
journey back toward the highest of the light.
Even if you feel you do not have
enough information to act, simply say,
˜I'm not going to get any more
information until I act and once I act,
I'll be able to gather more information."
Living is simply a series of actions
and what you are living in this life
is a direct result of what you
have lived in other lifetimes.
Everything you are working on
you have deliberately and consciously
~ at some level of Self ~
decided to bring into this life to work on.
Without the dark, the light is not motivated.
Embrace what you feel is dark in your life and
before you know it that darkness will be light
and you will be embracing the light of Self.
It is easy to relax by simply saying,
"I'm putting everything out of
my mind for thirty seconds."
If you can do it for thirty seconds,
then you can do it for sixty seconds ~
and on and on.
There are some lifetimes that an entity takes on
that are meant to not know anything new ~
it is simply to maintain the status quo.
Illness is simply an indicator that
you have an unlearned lesson.
And part of learning what that is
about means going into a past life.
Within Self you have levels of understanding
for the different components of lessons
that you are learning.
Each of you has infinite
numbers of layers
~ or dimensions ~
within Self.
